About Us
Hailing from the picturesque Italian Alps, Siegmund and his son Daniel discovered their passion for culinary arts at a young age. Both began their apprenticeships in restaurants and confectionaries at just 15 years old and completed their education at one of the finest culinary schools in South Tyrol, Italy.
Their deep roots and love for their native country are reflected in every scoop and every bite of our sweet delights.
“Bacio Dolce” translates to “sweet kiss” in Italian, and it’s more than just a name—it’s the essence of what we do.
For us, sharing our Italian desserts is our way of expressing love, one sweet bite at a time.
